The educational audiologist from the Van Buren Intermediate School District Hearing Clinic provides hearing evaluations and support services for children from birth through age 26 (if still in school).  All services of the Hearing Clinic are FREE of charge to families living within the Van Buren Intermediate School District.  VBISD programs which utilize the Hearing Clinic include: Early On, Family Links, Early Intervention, Project Find, Bert Goens Learning Center, Behavioral Intervention Center, CTC in Paw Paw, and the local school districts throughout the Van Buren ISD boundaries.
 
The educational audiologist also assists hard of hearing children and their families in the areas of hearing aid selection and ear-mold fitting, FM classroom communication devices, referral for cochlear implant evaluation, teacher consultation/in-service, and case co-ordination with other area agencies.
 
The VBISD Hearing Clinic educational audiologist is licensed by the State of Michigan and is a member of the American Speech/Language/Hearing Association.  The Hearing Clinic is located at the VBISD campus in Lawrence, Michigan.  Appointments can be scheduled by calling the educational audiologist, John Stoll, M.S., CCC-A, at 269-539-5150.
