Food Allergies

Does your child have food allergies? If a doctor has determined that your child has a disability, food allergy, and/or food intolerance, and it would prevent the child from eating the regular school meal, the school will make any substitution prescribed by a licensed physician. The physician's statement, including diet and/or substitution, must be submitted to the food service department at your school.

Reasonable accommodations will be made so that your child receives a nutritious and complete meal.
